Working with Kelley E at Barry's Appliance in Bridgewater was a terrific experience as we started our kitchen renovations. There are so many options, which can be overwhelming and Kelley took the time to explain as much as she could to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We put our full trust in her. She was able to give us best pricing available and worked very closely with our contractor on all the finer details. I never had to worry at all about deliveries, installation, etc. It was all taken care of. I highly recommend Barry's Appliance.

On Monday April 21st Barry's Appliance delivered and installed a new dryer for me a couple of days after my old dryer died. I was the last stop of the day and Barry’s called me periodically to update me on the estimated arrival time. In preparation, I sanitized all areas that delivery personnel would be exposed to. The driver showed up at the time he specified and was fully equipped with a mask and gloves. He disassembled the old and installed the new dryer in a fast, efficient, and professional fashion without doing any damage to the new dryer, the neighboring washer, or any of the surroundings. He was also polite and took the time to answer all of my questions. Ultimately, the dryer works great and I am 100% satisfied.

My husband and I had always gone to Barry's for propane, but this time we were in the market for new appliances. It was right as the pandemic was reaching its peak, but despite the frenzy, we received excellent service! We worked with Kelley, who before we came in, was very prompt in answering our emails. When we arrived to meet with her she was very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable as was the rest of the staff! Barry's provided a true personalized small business experience and we were very happy with the selection, pricing, and financing options. Will definitely be returning, maybe for a grill this summer!

As we were going through a whole-house renovation, our to-do list was huge and our stress was high. Kelley worked with us during regular hours and even chatted and texted with us at odd hours to clarify our washer/dryer needs, and followed up with impeccable service during delivery and installation. When we had a question, she resolved it quickly. To be honest, working with Barry’s is the first time in 20 years we had major appliances delivered where we feel completely happy with our purchase and support.
